i saw daley get bronze celebrate like he'd won, except what really struck me was the chinese guy who got second crying with his silver. this picture i saw today sums those moments up

Lol nice post :). Love how athletes get so hyper focused... pity society breeds that out of people pretty early.
yeah, a mental game comparison with poker and athletics would be interesting. and as you say, how it can transfer to real life would be good, especially as people are taught it's ok to be a loser.
