Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Every day when i wake up i try to think two things.
1) Thanks for waking up.
2) This day could be my last. What I do today is what matters most.

It was with all that in mind that I was able to email the first girl I ever loved to tell her what a profound effect she had had on me. not that she cared!

doesn't matter. when you realise you do it for you and not for them, it doesn't matter what they do, if anything at all.
