I actually just woke up at 4:50a...Man, I hear you. I actually just woke up at 4:50am today to go to the gym. I dreaded it, but once I got there I was glad. I had a ton of energy all day as a result. You should really give it a try. When I was younger I was exactly the same: 4 hours of sleep - no problem. Now I need 7 just to make it anymore.
